Did Chitika actually give away a Nintendo Wii?

April 23rd, 2007

YUP. In celebration of our Blog Bash right here on the Chitika Blog, we created our own “Match The Expert” flash game and picked one luckly winner among those who matched the experts correctly to win their very own Nintendo Wii!

Jason Griffin from Washington, USA is the winner of the Nintendo Wii!

So, does Chitika give out things often? Yup. Win a Chitika tee-shirt in our newest contest here!

So who’s Jason & why do we think he rocks?
He has been using Chitika eMiniMalls since October 2005, after reading about us at Darren Rowse’s Problogger. He has a handful of small websites/blogs including TVaholic and Guide to Golf Equipment.

Jason says, “I have found eMiniMalls to be very successful, especially on the golf site now that golf season has arrived again. I am always looking for ways to integrate them into my sites and can’t wait for the day my numbers have grown large enough to qualify for RPU and other Chitika offerings.

Many of the great expert tips from the 30 Days Blog Bash should hopefully help me reach that goal. Thanks again for the Wii, I still can’t believe I won it.”

Lucky You! It’s so hard to get a hold of it these days. They are usually out of stock.
    Congratulations Jason…

Aiyah… i was 1 step late. Congratulation. I think he should be the winner, and the right one. I’ll be back soon. :)

Jason, can i come over and play the Wii game with you? :)

  5. Darsi Says:

Yeah right David! Pick me Jason, Pick me…
how about we strike a deal… lend me your wii and I’ll mail it back to you in future… LOL!
I could have been the winner you know :)

  6. Jason Griffin Says:

@Leo - No, I am not related to Eddie Griffin, Merv Griffin, Kathy Griffin, the fictional Griffin’s of Family Guy nor the mythical winged creature.

@Elimar - I actually did win the Wii. I guess I won’t be able to say that “I never win anything” anymore.

@David & Darsi - Wii are going to have to decline, but thanks for the offer.

I am a Senior Citizen and a Post-Graduate in Agriculture with international experience in Australia, Indonesia and Mexico. I live in Delhi along with my wife. I have retired from a most corrupt Govt. of India Undertaking and am not entitled for pension or even medical facilities.
I have been devastated by the Supreme Court of India which has acted like a Kangaroo Court without going into details and dismissed my SLP(C) cc 194/07 in Court No.6 on 25-01-07. In my petition to the Apex Court, I did not seek any monetary relief or persnal favour except to protect the honour of judiciary as a miscreant has filed sworn false affidavits in two High Courts of the land in the same matter at the same time and obtained STAYS from both High Courts making a mockery of judicial system in the country. The offender when exposed before Delhi High Court, made a U-turn and sought compromise and the Courst pressurised me to accept the so called compromise on his terms instead of viewing the matter seriously for filing false affidavits and misleading the court. Under duress, I was compelled to agree to the illogical terms of the compromise as I was gagged. All along my life, I had undauntedly and with courage of convictions fought for right causes and stood for high values and did not hesitate to expose the misdeeds of even Sr. IAS Officers despite they had unleashed a terror against me as a reprisal and persecuted me. To draw the attention of print and electronic media about the miscarriage of justice in the Supreme Court, I had created blogs “How to uphold dignity and honour to judiciary in India?” and displayed in gmail.com, yahoo.com, ndtv.com, wordpress.com,rediffmail.com, Snehatv.com(How to bring the fraudster to justice?) petitionthem.com, gopetition.com etc etc with no expected result.
I personally feel that blogs serve no purpose unless print and electronic media pick up the article after verifying the veracity and authenticity of the contents. S.S. Rao, 91119312267393
