What does it mean? Are you giving away USD 100 without depending on traffic or clicks? OR ?? If that rate is based on traffic or clicks then what is so good about this challenge?

Okay. I see about “matching” as below..

We will give you additional revenue - for example - if you make $60, then we will match you $60 in addition - making the total pay $120.

We will match you up to $100, so if you make $130, we will match you $100 additional dollars, making your total $230.
