$200 Giveaway - Interesting Placement Contest

We are giving away a total of $200 for the most interesting/cool/unique placements of Chitika | Premium ads!

What do you mean by “interesting/cool/unique” placements?
Well take this for example:

Why is this cool/interesting/unique?
Because it is placed inside the content (right after the first paragraph) - which will generally earn a very high CTR/eCPM. But since it will only display to search engine traffic, it will not display to your regular readers (they won’t be annoyed by ads in the middle of their content!).

What are the prizes?
First place winner will receive $100, and 2 runners-up will receive $50 each.

How do I enter?
You can submit your entries by posting a link to your site in the comments below - entries must be received by 12:00 pm US EDT on Monday, Nov. 10. We look forward to seeing what you all come up with!!!

Excited about the Contest. I made some research on my blog and placed the chitika premium ad codes in places where there is highest visibility.
This apply only to my blog, as the research was conducted on my blog alone :)

Hey Chitika,

I wanted to ask some questions.

1. Should we tell you where is the Interesting Placement of premium ads, on our blog/site? Because we might be using more than one premium ads on our blog.

2. When will you review our site/blog for cool placements of ads? Because I have placed another premium ad recently, in the best location of my blog. So wanted to know whether you have already reviewed our blogs?

Hope I have not asked any stupid questions here. If so, I am sorry.

@Satish - no that is not stupid - those are good questions!

We have been going through the sites throughout the week, and we will continue until Monday (we have over 70 submissions so far, so there are a lot to look at!).

I like how I placed my ads at freeappleipodtouch.com. The ads are blended in really well with the design and my users aren’t annoyed by it.

I added two to a new site I’m launching. One is below the topic title, the other fills open/unused space above the comments and next to an AdSense ad. The great part about Chitika | Premium ads is I can set these to collapse and not display for my regular users and they only appear on search traffic in unused space. It’s a perfect way to better utilize this dead space but not annoy my regular readers.

The premium ads, which the size is just perfect, I put it just at the top left where it is exposed to visitors easily.
