To join us in this journey of reaching 1 billion unique Internet users, we are looking for smart individuals to join us at our Westborough, Massachusetts offices.

I would like to know why Chitika is FIRING their employees when they refuse to accept a pay cut.

At Chitika we believe in the concept of “pay for performance”. Base level salaries, bonuses, and increments are set based on expected performance. Pay scales are always constantly being reevaluated and adjusted accordingly based on the persons track record in meeting or exceeding their targets and goals.

Dear “Tony” – no matter what, a company can never afford to use past paychecks history as an excuse to miss one payroll. Similarly at Chitika we believe that no individual can afford to justify current poor performance with a pointer to “tenure” or loyalty as an excuse. At any given moment current rewards and bonuses are always aligned with current performance.
