Setting up your billing preferences:

In order for your ads to be approved, and start running in the Chitika Network, you must activate your Chitika Account by entering your billing information into your account’s ‘Billing Preferences‘.

Credit card options:

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card

Click here to login and activate your account.

Upon activation, you will be charged a one time $5.00 activation fee. This charge will appear on the date of activation, as SETUP FEE in your ‘Billing Summary‘.

Once your Chitika account has been activated, your credit card will be charged only as your Chitika campaign/s perform (ie; as your CPC campaigns generate clicks, or your CPM campaigns generate impressions).

Billing Schedule:

Chitika charges advertisers in a minimum of $50.00 increments, meaning if your credit card will not be charged if you campaign accrues $49.99 or below on a given day.

If your campaign accrues more than $50.00 on a given day, and let’s call this ‘amount X’, your card will be charged the total amount X at the end of the day.

If your campaign accrues less than $50.00 in one month, and let’s call this ‘amount Y’, Chitika will charge your credit card amount Y at the end of the billing month.

You can view all of your Chitika payment transactions in your account’s ‘Billing Summary‘.
